The City That Never Sleeps

I arrived back in Hong Kong and I was happy to back in the heat. It was starting to get cold in Kathmandu. I arrived in the morning and took the train to central. I left my luggage in storage and met up with my friend Hannah. We had a fun afternoon catching up and looking in shops.

I was introduced to LUSH shampoo bars by my friend Jody when we were traveling in Saipan and now I am hooked. I think it is wonderful to have shampoo but create no plastic waste. I can’t believe that more people and shops are not embracing this idea. I recommend you give a shampoo bar a try.

Hannah and I also sat on her rooftop and planned out a hike for Sunday afternoon. It was so nice to sit in the sun and soak up the view of the mountains.
