Free Roaming Cows

Here in Nepal some people are following the Hindu religion others are following Buddhism. I am sure there are also Christian followers as well.

Just as in India, cows are considered a scared animal. So the cows have free rein. They are allowed to just wonder where ever they want. Nepali people don’t eat beef.

As I was walking to school the other day I saw these cows and I thought I would share this photo with you to explain what I mean by free rein. These guys are just walking around and eating grass.
